Zenit St. Petersburg boss Sergei Semak is preparing his team for the visit of defending champions Chelsea in their final group game tomorrow.
Zenit just need one point to confirm their fate as third place finishers in group H thereby having a spot in the knockout stages of the Europa League but beating the champions of Europe on home soil is enough incentive for them to want to win tomorrow.
Zenit manager Sergei Semak though knows the threat Chelsea possess and he’s highlighted this ahead of his sides clash with the Blues tomorrow.
Sergei Semak: “You’re talking about individual players but I would like to point out the importance of the system in general, they are like a German machine, well-oiled.”Sky Sports via @AbsoluteChelsea
Sergei Semak: “Every person on the pitch knows what to do and how to do it. So I would like to refrain from talking about individual qualities, and concentrate more on Chelsea as a team.”Sky Sports via @AbsoluteChelsea
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel would be hoping his side gets a win tomorrow as they sit ahead of Juventus just on goal difference. Hence, only a victory tomorrow would guarantee a top spot finish for the Blues as Juventus are most likely to win again Malmo tomorrow.
