The past few weeks have been rough for Chelsea off the pitch following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine as sanctions placed on owner Roman Abrahmovich has affected the club.
Abrahmovich has now been forced to sell the club and buyers are currently being screened.
Unfortunately for Chelsea, the current situation creates an err of uncertainty around the futures of some of their stars and BILD journalist, Ralmund Hinko has urged Bayern Munich to take advantage of the situation and try to sign German star Kai Havertz.
This is according to a report by Sport Witness where they stated that Hinko believes it would be a ‘wonderful revenge’ on Chelsea chief Marina Granovskaia, who has ‘danced on your nose’ and ‘shown you up’ during negotiations for Callum Hudson-Odoi a few years ago.
The journalist believes Marina had ‘made fun’ of Bayern Munich, and now things are in ‘danger of falling apart’ in London. Hence, the German club should ‘have no qualms’ about doing a revevenge as the English have ‘laughed at you with all their money’ over the years.
Not making a move for Havertz according to him wou be ‘negligent’ as the Chelsea player is ‘astonishingly mature’ at 22 and can operate in different positions on the pitch, ‘a giant through and through’ in his words.
Hinko believes a deal for Havertz ‘would be a bargain’ judging from how much Bayern have spent on signing players in recent times and signing him would also ‘make the wish’ of Bayern patriarch Uli Hoeneß, who wants more German internationals playing for the Bundesliga champions.
