Chelsea plans to sign a special deal in January

According to reports from the Web site, “Gul” global Pencchth, Chelsea has plans to sign Senegal defender Coulibaly Kalidou Napoli of Italy during the January transfer window.

The website added that Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel still wants to sign a new defender, and Kalidou Coulibaly is considered the most prominent candidate to join the London team.

It is worth noting that Kalidou Koulibaly’s contract with his club Napoli will expire in the summer of 2023.

Chelsea failed to sign a new defender before the end of the summer transfer market, after not reaching an agreement with the Spanish administration of Seville regarding the contract with Jules Conde.

Seville officials stipulated that Chelsea pay the penalty clause in Jules Conde’s contract, which is estimated at about 75 million euros.
