Premier League giants Chelsea have been linked with a move for 19-year old German striker Karim Adeyemi.
This is according to Calciomercato who reports that the RB Salzburg sensation is ready to ‘unleash an international auction’ next summer and Chelsea are the last club to have made contact with him.
Karim Adeyemi’s contract at RB Salzburg expires next summer and the teenager has attracted lots of interest from top teams in Europe including Real Madrid, PSG, Bayern Munich amongst others with Chelsea and Inter Milan the latest clubs to be credited with an interest in the youngster.
Adeyemi is currently one of the hottest prospects in all of Europe. In 22 appearances across all competition, the German striker already has 15 goals and two assists, very staggering given his age and the youngster is already a Germany international at the age of 19 having made his debut for the Die Manschafft last month.
In 143 career appearances, Karim Adeyemi has racked more than 60 goals already and he has an assist tally of almost 40. Hence, the interest from the biggest clubs in Europe.
It could be a battle of the highest bidder for Adeyemi eventually but one thing is certain, whoever gets to sign him would be having a gem in their hands.
