Saka claim made

Dion Dublin has claimed that Mikel Arteta is the right man to be guiding Bukayo Saka, amid interest from Liverpool.

“He was outstanding today, look at his stats,” Dublin said on the BBC. “He’s going to be at the highest level for a very long time, because his attitude’s great.

“He’ll get more goals because I know Arteta’s the right manager for him.”

Tottenham closed the gap on Arsenal with a 3-1 win over West Ham.

Son Heung-min’s brace, as well as Kurt Zouma’s own goal, gave Spurs all three points on Sunday afternoon.

The Brazilian has had an impressive start to life during the early stages of his temporary stint in the midlands, registering four goals and three assists in his first 10 Premier League outings.

Steven Gerrard would like to make his move permanent, and Villa are ready to pay around £33.5m for his signature, but the Gunners could look to hijack the deal.

Leicester lead against Brentford

Whilst not directly impact Aresenal’s push for a Champions League place come the end of the season, there are some interesting looking Premier League games going on.

Leicester City are currently beating Brentford 2-0 thanks to wonderful goals from Timothy Castagne and James Maddison. All eyes will certainly be on Tottenham Hotspur’s clash with West Ham United later on though.

Pochettino hands Arsenal boost

Former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has handed Arsenal a huge boost to their hopes of keeping Mikel Arteta.

According to L’Equipe, the Argentine hopes to stay at Paris-Saint Germain despite links with Manchester United.

Should he remain at the Parc des Princes, then that would likely signal Les Parisiens interest in Mikel Arteta.

Mikel Arteta is the right man to continue Bukayo Saka’s development despite interest from Liverpool, Dion Dublin has claimed.
