It’s transfer deadline day!
Arsenal are yet to make a signing in the January window, and with just a matter of hours left to go, they’re at risk of having a seriously poor window.
After missing out on targets like Dusan Vlahovic and Bruno Guimaraes – who moved to Juventus and Newcastle respectively – the Gunners are still short upfront and in midfield which has undoubtedly worried the Emirates faithful.
However, with top four a realistic possibility for Mikel Arteta’s side, many believe that technical director Edu must have a trick or two up his sleeve in the coming hours.
With that in mind, strikers like Alexander Isak and Alvaro Morata continue to be linked, whilst others, including Juventus’ Arthur Melo, have been touted with moves to north London.
As well as potential incomings, there could be some outgoings for the Gunners to sanction before tonight’s 11pm deadline.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is expected to be the highest profiled exit, with Barcelona pushing hard to sign him on loan.
