Arsenal have submitted an improved offer of £68M to sign highly rated Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic according to reports.
The serbian striker, aged 21 years old, has already scored 13 goals this season in just 16 Serie A matches.
He is widely considered as one of the hottest prospects in world football and has found himself on the radar of many clubs.
Vlahovic has grabbed the attention of some notable clubs such as Juventus, Inter Milan, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur.
Last month, there were rumors that Antonio Conte had told Tottenham’s management that he wanted to sign Vlahovic during next summer’s transfer window.
Reports claim Arsenal are trying to beat Spurs’ efforts to sign Vlahovic, with the Gunners reported to be preparing a bid for the Serbian.
The report asserts Arsenal are prepared to pay up to £68m for the striker, who they now look to convince to join their side.
