Arsenal announce huge £107.3m loss in financial accounts for 2020-21 season

The club has posted its financial results for the year ending May 31, 2021

Arsenal have posted a record loss of £107.3m after tax, according to their accounts for the financial year ending May 31, 2021.

The accounts were posted on Companies House today with the club’s operational income significantly affected by the majority of last season taking place behind closed doors as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

There was a total football revenue of £327.6 million, down from £343.5million a year previous. Arsenal said £85million of the £107.3million loss can be attributed to the pandemic.
