Longview Police Officers were called to the 1300 block of Twelfth St to investigate a shooting on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at around 11:25 a.m.
Upon arriving at the scene, law enforcement officers discovered a victim lying on the side of the road with an apparent gunshot wound. According to reports, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to Longview Police Detectives, a primary suspect has been apprehended and is presently undergoing questioning.
