According to the PSLPD Major Crimes Unit Detectives, an arrest warrant has been obtained for Alan Dale Williams III, who has been identified as the perpetrator of the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old male victim inside his vehicle last night. An incident took place at a parking lot situated at the intersection of SW Aledo Ln and SW Brigantine Pl.
A man by the name of Alan Dale Williams III is currently on the run after fleeing the area on foot. He is wanted by the authorities for murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. An active arrest warrant has been issued for him.
According to reports, Williams arrived at the scene in a red Jeep that was being driven by another individual. Both the vehicle and the driver fled the area, but detectives were able to recover the unoccupied Jeep earlier this morning.
Detectives are urging anyone with information regarding Williams’ location or the identity of the Jeep driver to contact them at 772-871-5001.
