Police Search For 15-year-old Baby K As Attempted murder suspect
Authorities are seeking assistance from the community in locating a 15-year-old male who is wanted for the alleged attempted murder of a middle school student on a school bus earlier this month.
The U.S. Marshals Service Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF) is collaborating with the Prince George’s County Police Department to locate a teenage suspect known as “Baby K.”
In Oxon Hill on May 1, a middle school student narrowly escaped a potentially fatal incident when three teenage boys attempted to shoot them in the head. The suspects reportedly pushed past a school bus driver and aide before the gun misfired. The incident occurred in Prince George’s County.
In a video capturing the incident, a teenage assailant can be seen brandishing a firearm towards the victim’s head and chest, while two accomplices restrain the victim. According to reports, the victim was allegedly beaten by three teenagers who subsequently fled the scene.
A 14-year-old girl has been arrested for planning the “hit-squad” attack more than three weeks after the incident occurred.
According to reports, an eighth-grader is being accused of sending text messages to several boys just before an attack occurred. The messages allegedly informed the boys that the victim was on the bus. According to officials, the attack is believed to have originated from a dispute.
According to reports, two teenage boys have been taken into custody in connection with the recent incident. However, the third individual, who is believed to have acted as the gunman, remains at large. According to the police, the suspect has been identified as Baby K.
In a shocking turn of events, Baby K is set to be charged as an adult with attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, assault, firearms offenses, and other related charges.
In a report by PGPD, a baby known as “Baby K” was mentioned.
A reward of $12,500 is being offered by the Prince George’s County Police Department and CARFTF for any information that may lead to the arrest and indictment of Baby K.
