Police reports: Investigation is ongoing into the “suspicious death” of a man on Crooked Island

On Crooked Island, police are looking into a “suspicious death” after a man was discovered dead in the roadway early on Saturday morning.

The Crooked Island Division of the police received reports of a guy lying in the street near Queens Highway in Landrail Point somewhere around 3:30 am, according to the police.

Officers arrived on the scene to find a dead man with injuries to his wrist and forehead lying in the middle of the street.

The island’s medical professionals inspected the victim but discovered no indications of life. Investigations into the man’s death are still ongoing, and it is currently unknown what caused his death.
