Man Shot Dead In West MacArthur Boulevard, Oakland

In Oakland on Saturday night, a man was shot and later died, according to the police.

The male was shot when police arrived in the 700 block of West MacArthur Boulevard in response to reports of gunfire soon before midnight, according to a statement released by the Oakland Police Department on Sunday.

The unidentified victim passed away at the scene, according to authorities.
