
Saturday morning, a 68-year-old man allegedly stabbed another man to death in a deli in Queens, according to police.
At approximately 5:30 a.m., Jonathan Gantt, 41, was wounded in the leg inside the store located at 214-57 Jamaica Avenue, according to the NYPD. The victim was hurried to the hospital, but it was too late to save his life.
The 68-year-old man was arrested, but accusations were pending as of Sunday morning, according to police.
It is unknown what motivated the attack. The investigation was still active.
