An early Sunday morning rollover collision on Willow Street resulted in one fatality.
According to the Chattanooga Police Department, this is the case.
The CPD discovered a single vehicle involved in a rollover accident near the 1600 block of Willow Street at 4 a.m. on Sunday, according to a press release.
The CPD reports that they have “located a person suffering from life-threatening injuries.”
The CPD transported the individual to a nearby hospital, where physicians subsequently pronounced them deceased.
It is unknown whether the victim was male or female, or what may have caused the rollover mishap.
CPD reports that they are continuing to investigate the incident and will disclose additional details as they become available.
