
José Treviño Identified As Missing Doctor From Blake Medical Center Found Dead
In a recent development, the family of a doctor from Blake Medical Center, who had gone missing on Wednesday, has taken to social media to announce that his body has been discovered.
The doctor’s remains were found following a motorcycle accident on Interstate 75 in Manatee County.
According to sources, family and friends of 35-year-old José Treviño reported him missing to authorities on Thursday.
According to reports, the individual was last spotted departing Riverview on a red Ducati motorcycle.
According to sources, a Facebook post was made urging individuals who may have sighted him to alert the authorities.
According to a public Facebook post made by Juliana Vazquez on May 4, the mother of Treviño, she expressed her distress over her son’s disappearance. The next day, she went live on Facebook from the location of the accident where her son’s body had been found.
At the scene, a white sheet was observed covering the body, which was found lying adjacent to a retention pond. A motorcycle driver reportedly lost control while making a turn on the Interstate 75 exit ramp, linking to State Road 70 in Bradenton, as per a Florida Highway Patrol press release on Saturday. The driver was traveling south at the time of the incident.
According to a press release, the motorcycle he was riding swerved off the road, flipped over, and fell into a retention pond. According to reports, the man passed away at the location of the incident. An investigation is currently underway regarding a crash, the exact date and time of which is unknown, as reported by the FHP.
