In Manhattan, New York City, Jordan Neely was murdered by Daniel James Penny while they were on the F train heading towards Broadway-Lafayette station.

The suspect in the fatal choking of Jordan Neely on a northbound F train has been identified as 24-year-old Daniel James Penny. Witnesses and police were able to confirm his involvement in the incident, which occurred on Monday.

According to Penny’s LinkedIn profile, he enlisted in the Marines in 2017. As per a statement released by his lawyers to Raiser & Kenniff, Penny is presently pursuing his education in college.

According to witnesses and police, Neely allegedly had a mental episode while on the subway, screaming and pacing back and forth. It was then that Penny reportedly intervened and knocked him to the ground, allegedly strangling him.

According to sources, Mr. Neely had a documented history of violent and erratic behavior, which was attributed to an ongoing and untreated mental illness. According to reports, when Mr. Neely allegedly began making aggressive threats towards Daniel Penny and other passengers, Daniel and his fellow passengers took action to protect themselves.

According to the lawyers, help did not arrive until later. According to the statement made by the individual, Daniel, it was never his intention to cause any harm to Mr. Neely and he had no way of predicting his unfortunate demise.

According to recent reports, Manhattan prosecutors are currently investigating the death of a homeless Michael Jackson impersonator named Neely. The investigation was launched after the city’s medical examiner concluded that Neely died as a result of neck compression.

According to freelance journalist Juan Alberto Vasquez, who captured the incident on video, Neely reportedly became increasingly agitated and began shouting loudly, expressing frustration over the lack of food and drink available.

Vasquez shared these details with the New York Post. As reported by Vasquez, the Marine veteran allegedly restrained Neely in a chokehold for a duration of 15 minutes.

According to the city’s medical examiner, the death has been classified as a homicide. However, the police have not made any arrests in relation to the incident.

As per their ongoing investigation, the authorities have stated that they will be reviewing the forensic report, analyzing all available video and photographic evidence, identifying and interviewing as many witnesses as possible, and obtaining further medical records.
