Yakima Louise Weston Identified As Victim In Fatal Single-Vehicle Accident In Greenburgh

The identity of the victim involved in the fatal single-vehicle accident that took place in Greenburgh on Tuesday morning has been disclosed.

According to authorities, a 31-year-old Mount Vernon resident named Yakima Louise Weston was involved in a crash on Route 119 in front of the Crossroad Shopping Center.

According to police, a gray Hyundai Elantra veered off the road, collided with a tree, and subsequently overturned into a concrete stormwater channel.

Authorities have reported that an investigation is currently underway.
