Amy St. Pierre Identified As Victim In Northside Hospital Shooting In Midtown Atlanta
The victim is 39-year-old Amy St. Pierre. On Wednesday afternoon, a shooter opened fire at the Northside Hospital in Midtown Atlanta, leaving one woman dead and four others in critical condition.
The Fulton County Medical Examiners’ Office identified the deceased victim as Amy Pierre of Atlanta. Late on Wednesday night, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed Pierre’s employment.

Atlanta Chief of Police Darin Schierbaum named the survivors as a 39-year-old female, a 71-year-old female, a 56-year-old female, and a 25-year-old female. The four individuals with gunshot wounds are being treated at Grady Memorial Hospital. Two of the injured were treated at the hospital right away.
By six o’clock in the evening, both patients were awake from their surgeries and recovering in the ICU. The third patient was also admitted to the intensive care unit and had interventional radiology therapy to repair blood vessels.
The fourth person is making good progress in the Trauma Center. The first three people are still in serious condition. The closure of Northside Medical Midtown is scheduled for May 4.
