Garland Brown of Katy, Texas killed in tragic DUI crash

According to reports on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, Garland Brown of Katy, Texas, was riding on a bike when he was struck by a DUI driver.

Brown sustained severe injuries, from which he unfortunately died from.
