Thomas Davis II And Rusty Stevens Identified As Suspect In Jefferson County Homicide
According to reports, two individuals have been taken into custody in relation to a homicide that occurred over the weekend in Jefferson County.
On Sunday morning, an incident occurred on Hill Street in Wells Township.
The victim has been identified by the police as Randy Clinard, aged 57 and a resident of Steubenville.
Two suspects, identified as Thomas Davis II, 26, and Rusty Stevens, 53, both residents of Brilliant, were promptly identified. Both individuals have been taken into custody and are currently being held at the Jefferson County Jail.
The identities of the 6 construction workers who lost their lives in a highway crash in Maryland have been released.
According to Wells Township Police Chief Sean Norman, detectives were called in after the fruits of the case were realized. Within a few hours, two suspects were named and taken into custody. The reasons behind all of this are still under investigation. The situation still involves multiple components that are subject to change.
The investigation is being conducted by Wells Township Police, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, and Ohio BCI.
