Philip Heymann From Washington Identified As Victim Killed At Bear Run Coal Mine

The name of the male subject who was killed at the Bear Run Coal Mine last month has been released.

According to the Sullivan County Indiana Sheriffs Department, the victim has been identified as 59-year-old Philip Heymann from Washington, Indiana. Heymann passed away on Thursday, April 20th after being struck by a large piece of equipment while working at the site.

According to reports, the individual was declared deceased at the location. The investigation into the circumstances of the accident is ongoing.
