According to reports, Francisco Oropeza, a 38-year-old Mexican national, is currently evading authorities and his whereabouts are unknown.
Oropeza is suspected of fatally shooting five of his neighbors, including a child who was only 8 years old. The FBI Houston has issued a warning that Oropeza is considered to be armed and dangerous. They are urging anyone who sees him to call 911 immediately and to avoid approaching him.
