Eden Palmer; San Francisco Mother Identified As Victim In Car Accident In Woodside

The person who perished in a crash in Woodside last Saturday has been identified as 54-year-old Eden Palmer, according to the San Mateo County Coroner’s Office.

Eden’s younger son, who was a passenger in the horrific auto accident, is currently receiving treatment for serious injuries in a hospital.

A wrong-way motorist allegedly struck Eden’s car while she was taking her younger son to a soccer game, according to a GoFundMe website.

According to SFGATE, the second vehicle’s driver, Constellatia Martin, 24, is accused of driving in the wrong direction of the southbound lane of Interstate 280 and striking Eden’s car.

On Saturday at 2:30 p.m. local time, Eden’s 14-year-old son and the family dog were in the car when it was involved in an accident. Both Eden and the dog were identified as deceased.

The other motorist, Eden’s kid, and Stanford Medical Center are receiving significant injury treatment there.

After Eden’s terrible death, a GoFundMe page was set up and publicized on social media to raise money and assist her family.

Sue Kalache, the fundraiser’s coordinator, said of Eden: “Eden was a beloved wife, mother, friend, community volunteer, and force for anyone who ever needed anything.” It’s time to remember Eden and support her family, who are in need of it.

A portion of the funds raised will be utilized to help Eden’s older son realize his college dreams, according to the fundraising campaign.

At the time this article was written, the GoFundMe campaign had received 268 donations and had just over $50,000 of its $100,000 target.
